Vážené kolegyne a kolegovia,

dnes ráno (21.8.2017) sa na Vaše pracoviská distribuovali propagačné materiály, pomocou ktorých sme Vás chceli informovať o začiatku našej činnosti v spoločnosti SSE-D a.s.. K mnohým z Vás sa tieto materiály z dôvodu obmedzených možností, ktoré momentálne v NOE máme žiaľ ešte nedostali.

Obmedzený režim fungovania našej OO je spôsobený tým, že sa nám v navrhovaných termínoch nepodarilo dohodnúť stretnutie s vedením SSE-D a.s., čo nás nesmierne mrzí.

Keďže sa nám naša spoločnosť rozpadá pred očami, dehonestácia nášho povolania sa stala realitou a podozrenia na dennodenné porušovanie zákonníka práce štandardom, nemohli sme ďalej pasívne sedieť a čakať na procesy, ktoré sú potrebné pre fungovanie našej odborovej organizácie.

V čo najkratšom čase sa budeme snažiť úspešne inicializovať stretnutie s vedením SSE-D, aby sme Vás mohli tiež navštíviť, predstaviť sa aj osobne a mohli okamžite začať riešiť Vaše požiadavky a nedostatky na pracoviskách.

Žiadame týmto Vás, našich kolegov, aby ste sa pridali k našej snahe o zlepšenie pracovných podmienok, zníženie nadmerného zaťaženia zamestnancov, zlepšenie sociálnej politiky zamestnávateľa voči zamestnancom, ako aj v neposlednom rade o zastavenie rozpredávania našej štátnej spoločnosti.
