Cie\u013eom je pon\u00faknu\u0165 objekt\u00edvny poh\u013ead na spr\u00e1vanie zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea vo vz\u0165ahu k podnetom a aktivit\u00e1m odborovej organiz\u00e1cie, bez oh\u013eadu na osobn\u00e9 postoje alebo preferencie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"961\">Anal\u00fdza nehodnot\u00ed jednotlivcov, ale sleduje opakuj\u00face sa vzorce spr\u00e1vania a rozhodovania na \u00farovni organiz\u00e1cie.
