Napriek tomu, \u017ee div\u00edzny riadite\u013e r\u00e1no o 7:10 vydal pokyn na \u00fapravu pracovn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu z d\u00f4vodu vysok\u00fdch tepl\u00f4t a vedenie informovalo aj o potrebe dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pitn\u00fd re\u017eim, viacer\u00ed pracovn\u00edci v ter\u00e9ne po 14:00 nemali o tejto mo\u017enosti ani tu\u0161enie.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea na\u0161ich zisten\u00ed bol probl\u00e9m v prenosovom re\u0165azci \u2013 konkr\u00e9tny ved\u00faci zamestnanec, ktor\u00fd zastupoval ved\u00faceho sekcie, nepreposlal t\u00fato inform\u00e1ciu \u010falej svojim podriaden\u00fdm. V\u00fdsledkom bolo, \u017ee niektor\u00ed zamestnanci pracovali v extr\u00e9mnych podmienkach bez \u00fapravy re\u017eimu, \u010do predstavuje v\u00e1\u017ene riziko pre ich zdravie.<\/p>\n<p>Na t\u00fato situ\u00e1ciu sme upozor\u0148ovali u\u017e sk\u00f4r. Informovali sme gener\u00e1lneho riadite\u013ea o tom, \u017ee ved\u00faci zamestnanci sa v pr\u00edpade rizikov\u00e9ho d\u0148a nesna\u017eia zisti\u0165, pre\u010do im nebola doru\u010den\u00e1 smernica zhora \u2013 s\u00fa pas\u00edvni, nereaguj\u00fa a \u010falej \u010dakaj\u00fa. Gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e pritom s\u00e1m potvrdil, \u017ee ved\u00faci mus\u00ed by\u0165 akt\u00edvny a preverova\u0165 situ\u00e1ciu, najm\u00e4 ak s\u00fa vonku extr\u00e9mne podmienky.<\/p>\n<p>ZO NOE preto predlo\u017eila konkr\u00e9tne n\u00e1vrhy na zlep\u0161enie:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Delegova\u0165 rozhodovanie o \u00faprave pracovnej doby pri teplot\u00e1ch od 30 \u00b0C na majstrov alebo seniorov.<\/li>\n<li>Zavies\u0165 automatick\u00e9 reakcie na v\u00fdstrahy SHM\u00da.<\/li>\n<li>Denn\u00e9 notifik\u00e1cie pre pracovn\u00edkov cez SMS alebo push notifik\u00e1ciu.<\/li>\n<li>Povinnos\u0165 majstrov vyhodnoti\u0165 situ\u00e1ciu do 8:00 ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no.<\/li>\n<li>Zriadenie chladiacich bodov a pravideln\u00e9 prest\u00e1vky ka\u017ed\u00fdch 60\u201390 min\u00fat.<\/li>\n<li>Skuto\u010dn\u00e1 zodpovednos\u0165 n\u00e1hradn\u00e9ho ved\u00faceho pri jeho poveren\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Rev\u00edzia intern\u00fdch smern\u00edc tak, aby neboli len form\u00e1lne.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nechceme h\u013eada\u0165 vinn\u00edkov, ale pred\u00eds\u0165 trag\u00e9dii.
