{"id":1070,"date":"2025-11-15T16:01:53","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T14:01:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/?p=1070"},"modified":"2025-11-16T12:47:52","modified_gmt":"2025-11-16T10:47:52","slug":"zo-noe-zaslalo-predsedovi-echoz-sse-oficialnu-vyzvu-kolektivne-tresty-nezmyselne-sankcie-a-nulova-transparentnost-su-neudrzatel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/?p=1070","title":{"rendered":"ZO NOE zaslalo predsedovi ECHOZ SSE ofici\u00e1lnu v\u00fdzvu: Kolekt\u00edvne tresty, nezmyseln\u00e9 sankcie a nulov\u00e1 transparentnos\u0165 s\u00fa neudr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ZO NOE zaslalo predsedovi ECHOZ SSE, p\u00e1novi Igorovi Pi\u0161t\u00edkovi, ofici\u00e1lnu v\u00fdzvu v s\u00favislosti s prebiehaj\u00facim kolekt\u00edvnym vyjedn\u00e1van\u00edm a dlhodob\u00fdmi probl\u00e9mami, ktor\u00e9 v SSD pretrv\u00e1vaj\u00fa.<br \/>\nKe\u010f\u017ee ECHOZ SSE odmietol na\u0161u v\u00fdzvu na spolupr\u00e1cu a neumo\u017enil n\u00e1m podie\u013ea\u0165 sa na rokovaniach, hoci sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa v\u0161etk\u00fdch zamestnancov, boli sme n\u00faten\u00ed oslovi\u0165 predsedu p\u00edsomne.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Kolekt\u00edvne tresty za chyby zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea pova\u017eujeme za neprijate\u013en\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V liste upozor\u0148ujeme na skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee SSD opakovane pou\u017e\u00edva intern\u00fa smernicu O-D-2020-0024-SM-00 ako n\u00e1stroj plo\u0161n\u00e9ho kr\u00e1tenia v\u00fdkonnostn\u00fdch pr\u00edspevkov.<br \/>\nPosledn\u00fd pr\u00edpad z 27. j\u00fana 2025 je obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd: pod\u013ea ofici\u00e1lneho stanoviska pochybil samotn\u00fd zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e, no napriek tomu boli kolekt\u00edvne potrestan\u00ed v\u0161etci zamestnanci.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00fdto postup je pod\u013ea n\u00e1s neobh\u00e1jite\u013en\u00fd.<br \/>\nAk zlyh\u00e1 vedenie, zodpovednos\u0165 m\u00e1 nies\u0165 vedenie \u2014 nie ter\u00e9nni pracovn\u00edci, ktor\u00ed nemaj\u00fa \u017eiadnu mo\u017enos\u0165 ovplyvni\u0165 riadiace procesy, a pritom ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 pracuj\u00fa v rizikov\u00fdch podmienkach.<\/p>\n<p>ZO NOE preto \u017eiada, aby ECHOZ SSE v r\u00e1mci kolekt\u00edvneho vyjedn\u00e1vania jasne a d\u00f4razne tla\u010dil na n\u00e1pravu tohto nezmyseln\u00e9ho mechanizmu.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Sankcionovanie za presun na obed mus\u00ed okam\u017eite skon\u010di\u0165<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V liste upozor\u0148ujeme aj na dlhodob\u00fd probl\u00e9m ter\u00e9nnych pracovn\u00edkov:<br \/>\nved\u00faci Servisu merania ich opakovane sankcionuj\u00fa za to, \u017ee sa po\u010das d\u0148a presun\u00fa slu\u017eobn\u00fdm vozidlom na obed.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9to tresty s\u00fa neprijate\u013en\u00e9 nielen pr\u00e1vne, ale aj \u013eudsky.<br \/>\nZamestnanec m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na tepl\u00e9 jedlo a norm\u00e1lnu prest\u00e1vku; nikto nem\u00f4\u017ee o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165, \u017ee \u013eudia bud\u00fa cel\u00fd de\u0148 v ter\u00e9ne a bud\u00fa sa stravova\u0165 v aute alebo \u201ena kolene\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>ZO NOE \u017eiada, aby sa tento probl\u00e9m rie\u0161il cez kolekt\u00edvne vyjedn\u00e1vanie a aby bola intern\u00e1 smernica upraven\u00e1 tak, aby pracovn\u00edci na vysunut\u00fdch pracovisk\u00e1ch mohli referen\u010dn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 na presun na obed bez rizika sankci\u00ed.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Nulov\u00e1 transparentnos\u0165 zo strany ECHOZ SSE je neudr\u017eate\u013en\u00e1<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm v\u00e1\u017enym probl\u00e9mom je \u00fapln\u00e1 absencia inform\u00e1ci\u00ed o priebehu kolekt\u00edvneho vyjedn\u00e1vania.<br \/>\nECHOZ SSE ako jedin\u00e1 priznan\u00e1 strana neinformuje zamestnancov o tom, v akej f\u00e1ze s\u00fa rokovania, ak\u00e9 body sa rie\u0161ia, ak\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy s\u00fa na stole ani \u010do presne po\u017eaduje.<\/p>\n<p>Pova\u017eujeme to za neakceptovate\u013en\u00e9.<br \/>\nAk odborov\u00e1 organiz\u00e1cia zastupuje v\u0161etk\u00fdch zamestnancov, m\u00e1 povinnos\u0165 pravidelne ich informova\u0165.<br \/>\nZO NOE pritom v\u0161etky svoje n\u00e1vrhy a stanovisk\u00e1 zverej\u0148uje verejne na svojom port\u00e1li \u2014 aby mal ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestnanec preh\u013ead o tom, \u010do sa \u017eiada v jeho mene.
