Bolo to stretnutie s veden\u00edm zv\u00e4zu ECHOZ, v\u00fdsledkom ktor\u00e9ho sme sa utvrdili v tom, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 vznik bol nepochybne nutn\u00fdm a spr\u00e1vnym krokom. Nie sme ZO, ktor\u00e1 sa nech\u00e1 strhn\u00fa\u0165 do ak\u00e9hosi pomyseln\u00e9ho konkuren\u010dn\u00e9ho boja, ale pova\u017eujeme za svoju povinnos\u0165, aby sme V\u00e1s o stretnut\u00ed v s\u00eddle ECHOZ informovali objekt\u00edvne a bez odkladu.<\/p>\n<p>My, ako z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 organiz\u00e1cia, ako aj n\u00e1\u0161 zv\u00e4z MODERN\u00c9 ODBORY AIOS, sme na stretnut\u00ed vyjadrili <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">potrebu a ochotu<\/span><\/strong> stretn\u00fa\u0165 sa so ZO ECHOZ SSE vo veci spolupr\u00e1ci medzi na\u0161imi ZO. Pri\u010dom z\u00e1kladn\u00fd probl\u00e9m nefunguj\u00facej spolupr\u00e1ce vid\u00ed p\u00e1n Filk\u00e1sz (predseda MO AIOS) v komunik\u00e1cii medzi ZO oboch zv\u00e4zov. Spolupr\u00e1ca oboch ZO je pre zamestnancov skupiny SSE prioritou, ke\u010f\u017ee ver\u00edme, \u017ee spolo\u010dn\u00fdmi silami je mo\u017en\u00e9 pre zamestnancov skupiny SSE vybojova\u0165 omnoho viac.<\/p>\n<p>Reakcie ECHOZU na na\u0161e argumenty spojen\u00e9 s potrebami zamestnancov boli \u0161okuj\u00face, predseda p\u00e1n Blah\u00e1k ozna\u010dil n\u00e1\u0161 vznik v SSE-D na <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8222;ICH \u00daZEM\u00cd&#8220;<\/span><\/strong> za neprijate\u013en\u00fd a pre neho nepochopite\u013en\u00fd, ke\u010f\u017ee zamestnanci skupiny SSE boli <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">s ich pr\u00e1cou spokojn\u00ed<\/span><\/strong>. Svoj postoj od\u00f4vodnil t\u00fdm, \u017ee oni ako zv\u00e4z, si najprv zistia \u010di u zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea nep\u00f4sob\u00ed in\u00e1 odborov\u00e1 organiz\u00e1cia a ak \u00e1no, tak u dan\u00e9ho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea odbory nezakladaj\u00fa. P\u00e1n Blah\u00e1k m\u00e1 pravdepodobne in\u00e9 hodnoty ako uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa vo svojich stanov\u00e1ch a osud zamestnancov, \u010di spokojnos\u0165 zamestnancov s ich odborov\u00fdmi organiz\u00e1ciami u zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov nehr\u00e1 pre\u0148ho \u017eiadnu rolu. Z jeho slov, postojov, n\u00e1m bolo zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee svoje z\u00e1ujmy stavia nad z\u00e1ujmy zamestnancov SSE a nadobudli sme pocit, \u017ee jeho prioritou je uchova\u0165 si monopol v skupine SSE za ka\u017ed\u00fa cenu.<\/p>\n<p>Pre n\u00e1s, ako novovzniknut\u00fa ZO, pri\u010dom jej \u010dlenovia s\u00fa radov\u00fdmi zamestnancami SSE-D, je tak\u00e9to egoistick\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie nepr\u00edpustn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>NOE na ka\u017edom stretnut\u00ed s ZO ECHOZ SSE zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje potrebu vstupova\u0165 do KV spolo\u010dne, aby bol dosiahnut\u00fd \u010do najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed efekt pri presadzovan\u00ed z\u00e1ujmov ich \u010dlenov, ako aj zamestnancov skupiny SSE.<\/p>\n<p>V ot\u00e1zke podmienok pre pohotovostn\u00fa slu\u017ebu sa na\u0161e n\u00e1zory diametr\u00e1lne rozch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa. NOE si stoj\u00ed za minim\u00e1lnymi po\u017eiadavkami zamestnancov, ktor\u00e9 pova\u017eujeme za akceptovate\u013en\u00e9, f\u00e9rov\u00e9 a v ka\u017edom bode priechodn\u00e9, ECHOZ za svojimi, pri\u010dom padla zmienka o spolo\u010dnej spolupr\u00e1ci za podmienky, \u017ee bude NOE s\u00fahlasi\u0165 s n\u00e1vrhmi ECHOZ. T\u00e1to podmienka je pre n\u00e1s ako ZO nepredstavite\u013en\u00e1, a to z d\u00f4vodu, \u017ee n\u00e1vrh ECHOZ SSE pre pohotovostn\u00fa slu\u017ebu je pre n\u00e1s, ako aj pre na\u0161ich \u010dlenov nepriechodn\u00fd, chab\u00fd a jeho jedin\u00fd v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed benefit spo\u010d\u00edva v ro\u010dnej viazanosti pohotovostnej slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n<p>Taktie\u017e sa nestoto\u017e\u0148ujeme s n\u00e1vrhom zv\u00fd\u0161enia tarifn\u00fdch tried (TT), kde z tak dlho deklarovan\u00fdch a utajovan\u00fdch 11%, spustil ZO ECHOZ SSE bezd\u00f4vodne 6 % a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom je jeho n\u00e1vrh moment\u00e1lne na \u00farovni 5%. V neposlednom rade nie sme z\u00e1stancami plo\u0161n\u00e9ho zv\u00fd\u0161enia TT, ke\u010f\u017ee nie je spravodliv\u00e9 pre ni\u017e\u0161ie stupne TT (1,2). D\u00f4vody zmeny n\u00e1vrhu pre zv\u00fd\u0161enie TT s\u00fa pre n\u00e1s ako ZO a aj pre samotn\u00fdch \u010dlenov ZOE CHOZ SSE nezn\u00e1me. Zamestnancov skupiny SSE prekvapila aj spr\u00e1va o \u0161trajkovej pohotovosti ECHOZ. Je smutn\u00e9, \u017ee radov\u00fd \u010dlen ZO ECHOZ SSE sa dozvie t\u00fato skuto\u010dnos\u0165 sk\u00f4r z r\u00e1dia ako od svojej ZO. My sme aj v tomto smere pon\u00fakli ECHOZ-u spolupr\u00e1cu a podporu, ale len v pr\u00edpade, ak vyhl\u00e1sen\u00e1 \u0161trajkov\u00e1 pohotovos\u0165 nie je len marketingov\u00fdm \u0165ahom.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e1\u017een\u00ed kolegovia, v\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 kolegyne, od n\u00e1\u0161ho vzniku ubehlo nieko\u013eko mesiacov a ka\u017ed\u00fd z V\u00e1s si dnes m\u00f4\u017ee vytvori\u0165 svoj vlastn\u00fd n\u00e1zor a zvoli\u0165 si stranu, na ktor\u00fa sa prid\u00e1. Na vy\u010dk\u00e1vaciu taktiku, \u010di \u010dakanie, \u017ee to za m\u0148a niekto vybojuje, u\u017e nie je priestor. Ak m\u00e1 pr\u00eds\u0165 zmena, tak mus\u00ed pr\u00eds\u0165 od ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s, resp. V\u00e1s.
