Svojimi aktivitami vytv\u00e1ra na pracovisk\u00e1ch nap\u00e4tie a nepokoj, ktor\u00fd neprispieva k bezpe\u010dnosti pri na\u0161ej nebezpe\u010dnej pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<p>Vedenie spolo\u010dnosti sme oslovili s po\u017eiadavkou o postoj k prednesen\u00fdm po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m zamestnancov v r\u00e1mci pohotovostnej slu\u017eby, na\u0161a \u017eiados\u0165 zostala doposia\u013e bez odpovede.<\/p>\n<p>NOE m\u00e1 v ot\u00e1zke dvojzmennej prev\u00e1dzky jednozna\u010dn\u00fd postoj, sme z\u00e1sadne proti akejko\u013evek zmene v pracovnej dobe, ktor\u00e1 by mohla na\u0161im \u010dlenom, zamestnancom akoko\u013evek u\u0161kodi\u0165, ak s \u0148ou nes\u00fahlasia. Aby sme mohli objekt\u00edvne prehl\u00e1si\u0165, \u017ee s dvojzmennou prev\u00e1dzkou nes\u00fahlasia aj zamestnanci, sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165ame podpisov\u00fa akciu, ktor\u00fa budeme adresova\u0165 ZO ECHOZ SSE, aby v tom mali aj oni jasno. Ka\u017ed\u00fa zmenu pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu mus\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e pod\u013ea \u00a7 90 ods. 4 ZP dohodn\u00fa\u0165 s odborovou organiz\u00e1ciou, o\u010dak\u00e1vame, \u017ee ECHOZ bude ma\u0165 v tejto veci rovnak\u00fd n\u00e1zor a v ot\u00e1zke dvojzmennej prev\u00e1dzky sa postav\u00ed na stranu zamestnancov.<\/p>\n<p>Ako aj pri pohotovostnej slu\u017ebe, tak aj pri prebiehaj\u00facom KV sme toho n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee je potrebn\u00e9 da\u0165 mo\u017enos\u0165 zamestnancom skupiny SSE aby vyjadrili svoj n\u00e1zor k dvoj a viacro\u010dn\u00fdm viazanostiam dodatkov ku KKZ (PZ).
