{"id":560,"date":"2017-12-05T23:21:21","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T21:21:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/?p=560"},"modified":"2017-12-05T23:37:04","modified_gmt":"2017-12-05T21:37:04","slug":"pohotovost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/?p=560","title":{"rendered":"Pohotovos\u0165"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dnes 5.12.2017 sa v r\u00e1mci r\u00fdchlej akcie distribuovali dohody o pohotovostnej slu\u017ebe, ktor\u00e9 boli dohodnut\u00e9 s ECHOZ SSE, ktor\u00e1 o obsahu doh\u00f4d svojich \u010dlenov ani pracovn\u00edkov SSE-D neinformovala, \u010do je pod\u013ea n\u00e1s z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 pochybenie predsedu ZO ECHOZ SSE, jeho konanie, ako aj sp\u00f4sob distrib\u00facie doh\u00f4d pova\u017eujeme za \u00fa\u010delov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>My sme \u017eia\u013e inform\u00e1ciu o pripravenej dohode zachytili pr\u00edli\u0161 neskoro a kolegov na S\u00da v ZA sme nestihli v\u010das informova\u0165, na \u010do dnes bola pohotovos\u0165 na S\u00da ZA &#8211; okolie podp\u00edsan\u00e1, a to dokonca na neprijate\u013en\u00e9 3 roky, bez obmedzenia hod\u00edn, s bonusom nad 1600 hod\u00edn v hodnote z\u00e1vratn\u00fdch 100E a s cca 5% n\u00e1rastom hodinovky v r\u00e1mci pohotovosti (inform\u00e1cie boli podan\u00e9 na z\u00e1klade tel. rozhovorov), dohodnut\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161enia medzi ECHOZ SSE a zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom s\u00fa\u00a0 pod\u013ea n\u00e1s neadekv\u00e1tne a podpriemern\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Je potrebn\u00e9 si uvedomi\u0165 ako postupoval zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e pri prvej vlne nepodp\u00edsania pohotovostnej slu\u017eby, ak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edval met\u00f3dy a praktiky, teda ako si v\u00e1\u017ei svojich zamestnancov.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1me za to, \u017ee na\u0161e minim\u00e1lne po\u017eiadavky, ktor\u00e9 boli d\u0148a 10.10.2017 prednesen\u00e9 vedeniu spolo\u010dnosti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>obmedzenie neakt\u00edvnej pohotovostnej slu\u017eby v mesiaci na 128 hod\/mesiac (t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 mesa\u010dne),<\/li>\n<li>viazanos\u0165 dohody na jeden rok,<\/li>\n<li>zl\u00fa\u010denie tar\u00edf, nad 100 hod\/rok (do jednej tarify, od pondelka do nedele),<\/li>\n<li>1,50 Eur\/hod za neakt\u00edvnu pohotovostn\u00fa slu\u017ebu nad 100 hod\/rok,<\/li>\n<li>v\u00fdkon neakt\u00edvnej pohotovostnej slu\u017eby v mieste bydliska,<\/li>\n<li>bonus 30% k z\u00e1kladnej tarife (1,50 Eur\/hod) pre zamestnancov ochotn\u00fdch sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 nad r\u00e1mec obmedzenia (nad 128 hod\/mes.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>s\u00fa adekv\u00e1tne vzh\u013eadom na n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 na\u0161ej pr\u00e1ce a v \u017eiadnom bode nie s\u00fa pre zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea \u00a0neakceptovate\u013en\u00e9 \u010di prehnan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Navrhujeme V\u00e1m, aby sa dohody nepodpisovali, aby sme v dostato\u010dnom \u010dasovom odstupe spolo\u010dne vyhodnotili aktu\u00e1lne podmienky dohody, zaujali spolo\u010dn\u00fd a celoplo\u0161n\u00fd postoj.
