V tejto ot\u00e1zke hr\u00e1 ECHOZ SSE m\u0155tveho chrob\u00e1ka. Pre\u010do? Pre to, \u017ee to m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fd dopad na zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, hlavne finan\u010dn\u00fd. Bolo n\u00e1m potvrden\u00e9, \u017ee ECHOZ SSE v minulosti nerie\u0161il ot\u00e1zku tepelnej z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee ani v najmen\u0161om, dlhoro\u010dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m sa stal \u0161tandardom a \u0161tandardy sa menia len \u0165a\u017eko.<\/p>\n<p>My na rozdiel od ECHOZU rob\u00edme maximum, rob\u00edme dlhodob\u00e9 merania, informujeme, vyz\u00fdvame zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, h\u013ead\u00e1me rie\u0161enia, komunikujeme s RUVZ, v kr\u00e1tkom \u010dase zak\u00fapime nieko\u013eko z\u00e1znamov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed, vreckov\u00fdch, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa ma\u0165 zamestnanci na vybran\u00fdch stredisk\u00e1ch k dispoz\u00edcii, aby sme mali \u010do najviac podkladov, z\u00e1znamov o tom, \u017ee re\u00e1lne doch\u00e1dza k prekro\u010deniu dlhodob\u00e9ho \u00fanosn\u00e9ho \u010dasu z h\u013eadiska z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee teplom.<\/p>\n<p>Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e sa br\u00e1ni, m\u00e1me intern\u00fa smernicu, ved\u00faci pracovn\u00edci maj\u00fa pr\u00e1vomoc upravi\u0165 re\u017eim pr\u00e1c. Av\u0161ak na \u010do s\u00fa n\u00e1m smernice, ke\u010f sa nedodr\u017eiavaj\u00fa. Boli sme ozna\u010den\u00ed za klam\u00e1rov, ke\u010f sme pouk\u00e1zali na fakt, \u017ee k \u00faprav\u00e1m pracovn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu nedoch\u00e1dza, resp. doch\u00e1dza v zanedbate\u013enej miere.<\/p>\n<p>D\u0148a 10. 6. 2019 sme po\u017eiadali zamestnancov zodpovedn\u00fdch za BOZP o komplexn\u00e9 merania v\u0161etk\u00fdch pracov\u00edsk so zameran\u00edm na z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e teplom a klimatick\u00e9 podmienky. Pre\u010do? No preto, lebo n\u00e1m R\u00daVZ RS poslal v\u00fdsledok merania, hodnoty s\u00fa nad pr\u00edpustn\u00fdmi hodnotami. Rie\u0161enie? V\u0161etk\u00fdmi dostupn\u00fdmi prostriedkami zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby boli dosiahnut\u00e9 optim\u00e1lne podmienky, napr. klimatiz\u00e1ciami, ktor\u00e9 v drvivej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa, okrem &#8222;kaviarne ZA&#8220;, tam asi kolegovia nepoci\u0165uj\u00fa to, \u010do my ostatn\u00ed naprie\u010d cel\u00fdm stredn\u00fdm Slovenskom.<\/p>\n<p>\u010co sa od kontroly, ktor\u00e1 bola vykonan\u00e1 8. 8. 2018 zmenilo? V\u00a0podstate ni\u010d! \u00a0Aby sme boli \u00faplne presn\u00ed v t\u00fdchto d\u0148och sa sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a \u201ekl\u00edma\u201c vo Zvolene, ale v\u00a0prenajat\u00fdch priestoroch Doprastavu.<\/p>\n<p>Kolegovia pracuj\u00faci v ter\u00e9ne s\u00fa in\u00e1 kateg\u00f3ria, hor\u00faca.\u00a0 Z\u00e1hadn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom ich len m\u00e1lokto chce rie\u0161i\u0165, resp. len my v NOE.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00edklad zo d\u0148a 10. 6. 2019 &#8211; ak pracujete ako mont\u00e1\u017enik a za\u010dnete na stovkovom poli (bez tie\u0148a) pracova\u0165 od 8:00 a kon\u010d\u00edte cca o 14:00 (360 min.) m\u00e1te re\u00e1lnu priemern\u00fa teplotu 32 \u02daC, pri ochrannom dvojvrstvovom odeve m\u00f4\u017eete pod\u013ea vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky 99\/2016, v triede pr\u00e1ce 2a, pracova\u0165 len 326 min\u00fat, to je maxim\u00e1lny \u010das, pri teplote 32 \u02daC mus\u00edme ma\u0165 prest\u00e1vku ka\u017ed\u00fdch 127 min\u00fat, pri teplote 36 \u02daC u\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fdch 46 min, samozrejme mali by ste sa ochladi\u0165, ak m\u00e1te kde, u\u017e v t\u00fdchto d\u0148och do\u0161lo k prekro\u010deniu dlhodob\u00e9ho \u00fanosn\u00e9ho \u010dasu. \u010co na to technik BOZP? <strong>TREBA SI ZVYKN\u00da\u0164<\/strong><strong>! <\/strong>Zvykali sme si, roky, za \u00faradovania ECHOZ SSE, je na \u010dase aby si zvykli aj in\u00ed, my si budeme postupne odvyka\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea sme v tejto veci minul\u00fd rok n\u00e1le\u017eite informovali, svoju povinnos\u0165 ako ZO sme si do bodky splnili a to meraniami, anal\u00fdzami, termov\u00edziami, n\u00e1vrhmi.
