K tomuto rozhodnutiu prispel aj zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e, ktor\u00fd nie je ochotn\u00fd n\u00e1le\u017eite ohodnoti\u0165 na\u0161u vysoko rizikov\u00fa a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu v energetike.
