{"id":684,"date":"2020-02-17T19:57:08","date_gmt":"2020-02-17T17:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/?p=684"},"modified":"2020-02-18T23:52:51","modified_gmt":"2020-02-18T21:52:51","slug":"vysledok-kolektivneho-vyjednavania-ala-echoz-sse-06-042","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/?p=684","title":{"rendered":"V\u00ddSLEDOK KOLEKT\u00cdVNEHO VYJEDN\u00c1VANIA  \u201eALA\u201c ECHOZ SSE &#8211; 0,6-0,42%"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mil\u00e9\nkolegyne, kolegovia,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podnikov\u00e1 kolekt\u00edvna zmluva je uzavret\u00e1, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e sa te\u0161\u00ed, ECHOZ SSE ml\u010d\u00ed a&nbsp;zamestnanci ani netu\u0161ia, ak\u00e9 je jej znenie a&nbsp;najm\u00e4 na ak\u00fa dlh\u00fa dobu im ECHOZ SSE vyjednal tak \u201efantastick\u00e9\u201c mzdov\u00e9 a&nbsp;pracovn\u00e9 podmienky!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ot\u00e1zne je, \u010di ide v\u00f4bec o&nbsp;podnikov\u00fa kolekt\u00edvnu zmluvu, nako\u013eko ECHOZ SSE roky uzatv\u00e1ralo so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom pr\u00e1vny pa\u0161kvil v&nbsp;podobe \u201ekorpor\u00e1tnej kolekt\u00edvnej zmluvy\u201c, ktor\u00fa na\u0161a legislat\u00edva ani len nepozn\u00e1, tak\u017ee ot\u00e1zka na ECHOZ SSE a&nbsp;zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea je, \u010di v\u00f4bec tak\u00e1to zmluva bola platn\u00e1&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161etky z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00e9 strany sa v\u0161ak tv\u00e1rili, \u017ee platn\u00e9 je v\u0161etko!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ECHOZ SSE predlo\u017eilo na kolekt\u00edvne vyjedn\u00e1vania v&nbsp;okt\u00f3bri 2019 op\u00e4\u0165 n\u00e1vrh korpor\u00e1tnej kolekt\u00edvnej zmluvy. Zost\u00e1va z\u00e1hadou, ako sa zrazu z&nbsp;korpor\u00e1tnej kolekt\u00edvnej zmluvy, ktorej n\u00e1vrhy ECHOZ pretriasal na svojej \u010dlenskej konferencii za\u010diatkom janu\u00e1ra 2020, n\u00e1hle potom, \u010do ZO MODERN\u00c9 ODBORY AIOS NOV\u00c9 ODBORY ENERGETIKOV, predlo\u017eili svoj n\u00e1vrh podnikovej kolekt\u00edvnej zmluvy,&nbsp; stala tie\u017e podnikov\u00e1 kolekt\u00edvna zmluva???<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel\u00e9 to je transparetn\u00e9, tak ako je transparentn\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia ECHOZ SSE vo\u010di svojim \u010dlenom!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ECHOZ SSE po \u201eproforma na\u0165ahova\u010dk\u00e1ch\u201c\na v\u00fdraznom informa\u010dnom embargu nielen vo\u010di zamestnancom, ale aj vo\u010di svojim\n\u010dlenom na\u0161iel so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom spolo\u010dn\u00fa re\u010d a&nbsp;dohodol re\u00e1lne nav\u00fd\u0161enie\nmiezd o 0,6 percenta!!!. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako spr\u00e1vne predpoklad\u00e1te ECHOZ SSE sa bude chv\u00e1li\u0165 (aktu\u00e1lne\nani po 12 d\u0148och po skon\u010den\u00ed kolekt\u00edvneho vyjedn\u00e1vania) nebol schopn\u00fd riadne\ninformova\u0165 zamestnancov o&nbsp;jeho ukon\u010den\u00ed, nie a\u017e tak PRE ECHOZ SSE zl\u00fdm\nmedziro\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1rastom o cca 5 percent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead by sa to mohlo zda\u0165 ako pomerne vysok\u00e9 %, v kontexte\ndlhoro\u010dn\u00e9ho \u00fapadku, za ktor\u00fd nesie ECHOZ SSE pln\u00fa zodpovednos\u0165 a&nbsp;svoj\npodiel viny, od n\u00e1stupu ZO ECHOZ SSE do skupiny SSE group prinajlep\u0161om\nstagnujeme, v\u00fdrazne zaost\u00e1vame, minim\u00e1lna mzda n\u00e1s dobieha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 PERCENT NIE JE RE\u00c1LNY N\u00c1RAST MIEZD!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010fme si nav\u00fd\u0161enie rozobra\u0165 na drobn\u00e9 a pozrime sa konkr\u00e9tne na tabu\u013eku tarifn\u00fdch tried (TT) ktor\u00e1 koluje medzi ved\u00facimi pracovn\u00edkmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Bez-n\u00e1zvu-988x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-696\" width=\"273\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Bez-n\u00e1zvu-988x1024.png 988w, https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Bez-n\u00e1zvu-289x300.png 289w, https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Bez-n\u00e1zvu-768x796.png 768w, https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Bez-n\u00e1zvu-26x26.png 26w, https:\/\/www.noveodbory.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Bez-n\u00e1zvu.png 1471w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 273px) 100vw, 273px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>V\u0161imnite\nsi \u017ee TT za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa od 1D1, je to t\u00fdm \u017ee je to minim\u00e1lna n\u00e1stupn\u00e1 mzda ktor\u00fa by\nmal ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestnanec v energetike dosta\u0165 (elektrotechnik m\u00e1 stupe\u0148 &nbsp;n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce &nbsp;pod\u013ea Pr\u00edlohy Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce na \u00farovni 3, \u010do\nje &nbsp;minim\u00e1lna mzda vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 812 Eur)<\/li><li>Nav\u00fd\u0161enie\nTT &#8211; 1D1 po kolekt\u00edvnom vyjedn\u00e1van\u00ed je z&nbsp;811 Eur na 854 Eur, \u010do je 5,3\npercent,<strong> av\u0161ak<\/strong> <strong>pozor, 2 percent\u00e1 s\u00fa presunut\u00e9 z osobn\u00e9ho hodnotenia, teda nav\u00fd\u0161enie,\nktor\u00e9 dohodol ECHOZ SSED &nbsp;je 3,3\npercenta.
