N\u00e1sledne sme kontaktovali predsedu ZO ECHOZ SSE\ns&nbsp;v\u00fdzvou o&nbsp;s\u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165, predseda ZO ECHOZ SSE p\u00e1n Igor Pi\u0161t\u00edk n\u00e1m do\ndne\u0161n\u00e9ho d\u0148a na na\u0161u \u017eiados\u0165 ani len neodp\u00edsal. Je evidentn\u00e9, \u017ee o&nbsp;spolupr\u00e1cu,\nktor\u00e1 by priniesla lep\u0161iu vyjedn\u00e1vaciu poz\u00edciu nem\u00e1 z\u00e1ujem, rad\u0161ej i\u0161iel do\nvyjedn\u00e1vania v&nbsp;oslabenej poz\u00edcii. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>List predsedovi ZO ECHOZ SSE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dobr\u00fd de\u0148, p\u00e1n Pi\u0161t\u00edk,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e n\u00e1s oslovil s n\u00e1vrhom dodatku \u010d.2 k\naktu\u00e1lnej PKZ (SSD a.s.). Obraciam sa na V\u00e1s, ako na predsedu ZO ECHOZ SSE s\npo\u017eiadavkou o spolo\u010dn\u00e9 rokovanie v r\u00e1mci navrhovan\u00e9ho dodatku, a to z d\u00f4vodu\nve\u013emi slab\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkov pri rokovaniach o dodatku \u010d.1, ktor\u00e9 nereflektovalo\nhospod\u00e1rsky stav spolo\u010dnosti, infl\u00e1ciu, priemern\u00fd n\u00e1rast miezd a ani v\u00fdrazne\ns\u0165a\u017een\u00e9 podmienky pre opatrenia COVID 19, ako aj zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 rizik\u00e1 spojen\u00e9 s COVID\n19. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pros\u00edm V\u00e1s o odpove\u010f do 24.8.2021.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>S navrhovan\u00fdm dodatkom NOE nes\u00fahlas\u00ed. Je potrebn\u00e9, a to z\nhore uveden\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov, hlavne z d\u00f4vodu n\u00e1rastu medziro\u010dnej priemernej mzdy,\nako aj v\u00fdrazn\u00e9ho n\u00e1rastu priemernej mzdy v prvom kvart\u00e1li 2021, v neposlednom\nrade rekordn\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1rskeho v\u00fdsledku SSD a.s., ktor\u00fd sme o\u010dak\u00e1vali, dosiahnu\u0165\nre\u00e1lne nav\u00fd\u0161enie miezd vo v\u00fd\u0161ke<strong> min.10 percent TT <\/strong>(optim\u00e1lne\nby to malo by\u0165 aspo\u0148 30 percent). V kontexte dlhoro\u010dn\u00e9ho negat\u00edvneho v\u00fdvoja\nmiezd v skupine SSD je aj t\u00e1to hodnota pomerne n\u00edzka, av\u0161ak deficit, ktor\u00fd bol\nvytvoren\u00fd, je u\u017e v tomto \u010dase nere\u00e1lne eliminova\u0165, za \u010do nesiete zodpovednos\u0165\nnajm\u00e4 Vy osobne, ako predseda ZO, v druhom rade cel\u00fd vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed t\u00fdm ECHOZ SSE.\nAktu\u00e1lna priemern\u00e1 mzda v sektore distrib\u00facia e.e. je na \u00farovni takmer 2 000\nEur, \u010do je 1400 Eur v \u010distom v r\u00e1mci sektoru sme v deficite desiatky percent.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u010ealej je potrebn\u00e9 presadi\u0165 n\u00e1vrhy, ktor\u00e9 sme uviedli v\nn\u00e1vrhu PKZ, ako napr. zamestnaneck\u00e1 z\u013eava pre odber e.e. a za vedenie\nreferen\u010dn\u00fdch vozidiel, taktie\u017e pred\u013a\u017eenie obed\u0148aj\u0161ej prest\u00e1vky o 15 min\n(platenej) a mnoho \u010fal\u0161\u00edch.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Navrhovan\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161enie miezd\nzo strany zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, ktor\u00e9 je na \u00farovni 0,5 percenta je ur\u00e1\u017ekou v\u0161etk\u00fdch\npracuj\u00facich.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>S pozdravom,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Bc. N\u00e1sledne sme kontaktovali predsedu ZO ECHOZ SSE s v\u00fdzvou o s\u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165, predseda ZO ECHOZ SSE p\u00e1n Igor Pi\u0161t\u00edk n\u00e1m do dne\u0161n\u00e9ho d\u0148a na na\u0161u \u017eiados\u0165 ani len neodp\u00edsal. Je evidentn\u00e9, \u017ee o spolupr\u00e1cu, ktor\u00e1 by priniesla lep\u0161iu vyjedn\u00e1vaciu poz\u00edciu nem\u00e1 z\u00e1ujem, rad\u0161ej i\u0161iel do vyjedn\u00e1vania v oslabenej poz\u00edcii.  List predsedovi ZO ECHOZ SSE Dobr\u00fd de\u0148, p\u00e1n Pi\u0161t\u00edk, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e n\u00e1s oslovil s n\u00e1vrhom dodatku \u010d.2 k aktu\u00e1lnej PKZ (SSD a.s.). Obraciam sa na V\u00e1s, ako na predsedu ZO ECHOZ SSE s po\u017eiadavkou o spolo\u010dn\u00e9 rokovanie v r\u00e1mci navrhovan\u00e9ho dodatku, a to z d\u00f4vodu ve\u013emi slab\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkov pri rokovaniach o dodatku \u010d.1, ktor\u00e9 nereflektovalo hospod\u00e1rsky stav spolo\u010dnosti, infl\u00e1ciu, priemern\u00fd n\u00e1rast miezd a ani v\u00fdrazne s\u0165a\u017een\u00e9 podmienky pre opatrenia COVID 19, ako aj zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 rizik\u00e1 spojen\u00e9 s COVID 19.  Pros\u00edm V\u00e1s o odpove\u010f do 24.8.2021. S navrhovan\u00fdm dodatkom NOE nes\u00fahlas\u00ed. Je potrebn\u00e9, a to z hore uveden\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov, hlavne z d\u00f4vodu n\u00e1rastu medziro\u010dnej priemernej mzdy, ako aj v\u00fdrazn\u00e9ho n\u00e1rastu priemernej mzdy v prvom kvart\u00e1li 2021, v neposlednom rade rekordn\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1rskeho v\u00fdsledku SSD a.s., ktor\u00fd sme o\u010dak\u00e1vali, dosiahnu\u0165 re\u00e1lne nav\u00fd\u0161enie miezd vo v\u00fd\u0161ke min.10 percent TT (optim\u00e1lne by to malo by\u0165 aspo\u0148 30 percent). V kontexte dlhoro\u010dn\u00e9ho negat\u00edvneho v\u00fdvoja miezd v skupine SSD je aj t\u00e1to hodnota pomerne n\u00edzka, av\u0161ak deficit, ktor\u00fd bol vytvoren\u00fd, je u\u017e v tomto \u010dase nere\u00e1lne eliminova\u0165, za \u010do nesiete zodpovednos\u0165 najm\u00e4 Vy osobne, ako predseda ZO, v druhom rade cel\u00fd vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed t\u00fdm ECHOZ SSE. Aktu\u00e1lna priemern\u00e1 mzda v sektore distrib\u00facia e.e. je na \u00farovni takmer 2 000 Eur, \u010do je 1400 Eur v \u010distom v r\u00e1mci sektoru sme v deficite desiatky percent. \u010ealej je potrebn\u00e9 presadi\u0165 n\u00e1vrhy, ktor\u00e9 sme uviedli v n\u00e1vrhu PKZ, ako napr. zamestnaneck\u00e1 z\u013eava pre odber e.e. a za vedenie referen\u010dn\u00fdch vozidiel, taktie\u017e pred\u013a\u017eenie obed\u0148aj\u0161ej prest\u00e1vky o 15 min (platenej) a mnoho \u010fal\u0161\u00edch. Navrhovan\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161enie miezd zo strany zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, ktor\u00e9 je na \u00farovni 0,5 percenta je ur\u00e1\u017ekou v\u0161etk\u00fdch pracuj\u00facich.  S pozdravom, Bc. Alarmuj\u00face s\u00fa aj n\u00e1rasty silovej energie na burz\u00e1ch, \u017eia\u013e n\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1vrh PKZ nebol akceptovan\u00fd, v jednom bode n\u00e1vrhu sme \u017eiadali zamestnaneck\u00fa zv\u00fdhodnen\u00fa sadzbu, t\u00fdm by boli aspo\u0148 zamestnanci SSD chr\u00e1nen\u00ed pred obrovsk\u00fdm n\u00e1rastom silovej energie, ktor\u00e1 sa sk\u00f4r \u010di nesk\u00f4r pretav\u00ed do koncov\u00fdch cien.
