Z&nbsp;n\u00e1\u0161ho poh\u013eadu je nesmierne\nd\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby ste boli v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci vyjedn\u00e1vania \u010do naj\u00faspe\u0161nej\u0161\u00ed, aby dosiahnut\u00e9\nbenefity boli pre zamestnancov re\u00e1lne cite\u013en\u00e9 a&nbsp;priniesli <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u00e9\nzlep\u0161enie<\/strong> ich finan\u010dn\u00e9ho ohodnotenia vo\u010di\naktu\u00e1lnemu stavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z&nbsp;dostupn\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch \u017eia\u013e nie je ve\u013ea, n\u00e1m\nvypl\u00fdva, \u017ee KV je ve\u013emi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, deficitom je aj fakt, \u017ee vyjedn\u00e1vate\nv&nbsp;r\u00e1mci KV z&nbsp;poz\u00edcie z\u00e1stupcu zamestnancov samostatne, t\u00fdm je v\u00fdrazne\noslaben\u00e1 aj va\u0161a vyjedn\u00e1vacia poz\u00edcia, av\u0161ak my sme pred za\u010diatkom KV\ndeklarovali z\u00e1ujem o&nbsp;spolo\u010dn\u00e9 vystupovanie v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci KV. Mrz\u00ed n\u00e1s, \u017ee\nste sa rozhodli opakovane \u00eds\u0165 do vyjedn\u00e1vania na vlastn\u00fa p\u00e4s\u0165. Na to v\u0161etko, tu m\u00e1me e\u0161te aj balast, ktor\u00fd si mus\u00edte\ntla\u010di\u0165 pred sebou z&nbsp;predo\u0161l\u00fdch vyjedn\u00e1van\u00ed, a&nbsp;to je nefunk\u010dn\u00e1 tarifn\u00e1\ns\u00fastava, ktor\u00e1 je d\u00f4sledkom neochoty zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea rie\u0161i\u0165&nbsp; dan\u00fa problematiku, \u010falej ve\u013emi mierne a\u017e\nnedostato\u010dn\u00e9 navy\u0161ovanie miezd a ostatn\u00fdch zlo\u017eiek v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci PKZ\nz&nbsp;predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich obdob\u00ed. \u017dia\u013e minulos\u0165 n\u00e1s nepr\u00edjemne dobehla, a&nbsp;to\nv tom&nbsp;najhor\u0161om mo\u017enom \u010dase, v \u010dase kr\u00edz, ktor\u00e9 sme tu nemali desa\u0165ro\u010dia\na&nbsp;pravdepodobne to najhor\u0161ie n\u00e1s e\u0161te len \u010dak\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161etky hore uveden\u00e9 skuto\u010dnosti maj\u00fa, ako sa zd\u00e1, kumula\u010dn\u00fa\nschopnos\u0165 a&nbsp;prejavili sa plnou silou pr\u00e1ve v&nbsp;t\u00fdchto \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch \u010dasoch, a&nbsp;to\na\u017e do takej miery, ktor\u00e1 je pre na\u0161ich zamestnancov ne\u00fanosn\u00e1. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina\nz&nbsp;n\u00e1s nedok\u00e1\u017ee u\u017eivi\u0165 z pr\u00edjmov svoje rodiny a&nbsp;s\u00fa n\u00faten\u00ed privyr\u00e1ba\u0165\nsi mimo svojho hlavn\u00e9ho zamestnania v SSD, \u010do je \u017ealostn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia, hlavne ke\u010f\nsi uvedom\u00edme, \u017ee sme s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ej kritickej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary, bez\nktorej by Slovensk\u00e9 hospod\u00e1rstvo, alebo aspo\u0148 to \u010do z&nbsp;neho dnes zostalo,\nokam\u017eite skolabovalo. Na na\u0161ej pr\u00e1ci s\u00fa z\u00e1visl\u00ed absol\u00fatne v\u0161etci. Je smutn\u00e9, \u017ee\nk\u00fdm t\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa na n\u00e1s bytostne z\u00e1visl\u00ed navy\u0161uj\u00fa platy aj nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t za\nrok, \u010di v&nbsp;desiatkach percent, my sa na nich len v&nbsp;podstate z&nbsp;dia\u013eky\npas\u00edvne a ml\u010dky pozer\u00e1me. Ako pr\u00edklad uvediem zdravotn\u00edctvo, ktor\u00e9 ako vieme\nro\u010dne generuje obrovsk\u00e9 straty, no aj napriek tomu sa zamestnancom dv\u00edhaj\u00fa\nplaty v&nbsp;desiatkach percent, samozrejme, zasl\u00fa\u017eia si to, zasl\u00fa\u017ei si ka\u017ed\u00fd\npracuj\u00faci, ale pr\u00e1ve zdravotn\u00edctvo je ten prav\u00fd d\u00f4kaz, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 vybojova\u0165\nmimoriadne nav\u00fd\u0161enia miezd aj po\u010das kr\u00edzy. Tak\u00fdchto pr\u00edkladov m\u00e1me za posledn\u00e9 obdobie\npomerne dos\u0165. No na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 v&nbsp;\u010dasoch, ke\u010f generuje rekordn\u00e9 zisky,\npon\u00faka zamestnancom paradoxne najmenej, dokonca aktu\u00e1lne a\u017e nulov\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161enie,\nv&nbsp;predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich obdobiach neprimerane n\u00edzke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aj touto cestou a opakovane pr\u00edzvukujeme, \u017ee n\u00e1vrhy\na&nbsp;po\u017eiadavky zo strany ECHOZ SSE s\u00fa absol\u00fatne opodstatnen\u00e9, v&nbsp;mnoh\u00fdch\nbodoch s\u00fa zhodou okolnosti takmer identick\u00e9 s&nbsp;na\u0161imi, ktor\u00e9 sme\nv&nbsp;n\u00e1vrhu PKZ predlo\u017eili zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi, a&nbsp;ktor\u00e9 sme zverejnili aj\nna na\u0161ej webovej str\u00e1nke (www.noveodbory.sk). \u010co n\u00e1s mrz\u00ed je, \u017ee vo va\u0161om\nn\u00e1vrhu absentuj\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 body ako napr. tarifn\u00fd automat, infla\u010dn\u00e1 dolo\u017eka,\nzv\u00fdhodnen\u00e1 sadzba pre odber e.e.,&nbsp;&nbsp; \u010di\nelimin\u00e1cia anom\u00e1lie v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci platov\u00fdch rozsahov pre elektrotechnikov, ktor\u00e9\nby priniesli t\u00fa rokmi vyt\u00fa\u017een\u00fa istotu a&nbsp;stabilitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1vrh zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea je pre n\u00e1s v&nbsp;takmer celom rozsahu,\ntak ako ste ho deklarovali, \u017eia\u013e neprijate\u013en\u00fd, obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 nov\u00fd hodnotiaci syst\u00e9m\ntarifn\u00fdch zamestnancov. Od n\u00e1vrhu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea sme o\u010dak\u00e1vali ove\u013ea viac a to\nnajm\u00e4 po rokoch stagn\u00e1cie, \u010di vyslovene \u00fapadku na\u0161ich platov vo\u010di in\u00fdm platom v&nbsp;hospod\u00e1rstve,\nv&nbsp;kontexte obrovskej infl\u00e1cie je n\u00e1vrh zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea pre n\u00e1s ve\u013ek\u00fdm\nsklaman\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sme toho n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee by sme mali spolo\u010dne zahodi\u0165 v\u0161etky\nsvoje sv\u00e1ry, nezhody, intern\u00e9 boje, zjednoti\u0165 svoje sily, zjednoti\u0165 na\u0161ich\n\u010dlenov akt\u00edvne ich do KV zapoji\u0165 a&nbsp;spolo\u010dn\u00fdmi silami, jednotne\nv&nbsp;r\u00e1mci KV posun\u00fa\u0165 pr\u00edjmy zamestnancov SSD tam kde patria, a&nbsp;kde\nkedysi aj boli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My v&nbsp;NOE ani v&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00fdch d\u0148och pas\u00edvne ne\u010dak\u00e1me na\nnejasn\u00fd koniec KV, akt\u00edvne informujeme zamestnancov a&nbsp;mo\u017en\u00fdch rizik\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9\nvypl\u00fdvaj\u00fa z&nbsp;n\u00e1vrhu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci KV, pripravujeme podporn\u00e9\nlet\u00e1ky a&nbsp;billboardy, ktor\u00e9 sa onedlho ocitn\u00fa na verejnosti, tieto bud\u00fa\npoukazova\u0165 na neprimeran\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161enia platov, nefunk\u010dn\u00fd tarifn\u00fd syst\u00e9m\nzamestnancov SSD a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 bud\u00fa sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 aj ako priama podpora v\u00e1s\nv&nbsp;aktu\u00e1lne prebiehaj\u00facom KV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dovol\u00edm si v\u00e1m v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade z\u00e1ujmu o spolupr\u00e1cu navrhn\u00fa\u0165\nterm\u00edn stretnutia, a to 12.1.2023 (zo strany ZO NOE by sa prv\u00e9ho stretnutia\nz\u00fa\u010dastnili podpredsedovia ZO).
