A ak zamestnanec nem\u00e1 kde ani ako obed zjes\u0165 \u2013 hoci len v aute pri re\u0161taur\u00e1cii \u2013 poru\u0161uje predpisy.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2493\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2524\"><strong data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2524\">A teraz sa zamyslime\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2863\">D\u0148a <strong data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2548\">26. marca 2025<\/strong>, teda presne v ten de\u0148, ke\u010f sa jedna \u010das\u0165 firmy z\u00fa\u010dastnila stretnutia s <strong data-start=\"2621\" data-end=\"2643\">aud\u00edtorskou firmou<\/strong>, kde sa hovorilo o <strong data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2735\">zlep\u0161ovan\u00ed firemnej kult\u00fary a budovan\u00ed dobr\u00e9ho imid\u017eu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea<\/strong>, bola v ter\u00e9ne na Servise merania vykonan\u00e1 <strong data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2791\">kontrola<\/strong>, pri ktorej sa pracovn\u00edkovi vyt\u00fdkalo, \u017ee sa <strong data-start=\"2836\" data-end=\"2862\">presunul autom na obed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"3024\">V jeden de\u0148 h\u013ead\u00e1me cestu, <strong data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2926\">ako zauja\u0165 nov\u00fdch zamestnancov<\/strong> \u2013 a v ten ist\u00fd de\u0148 d\u00e1vame najavo, \u017ee v tejto firme sa <strong data-start=\"2981\" data-end=\"3023\">nem\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 ani najes\u0165 bez obavy z postihu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3026\" data-end=\"3301\">Ak chceme budova\u0165 d\u00f4veru, pr\u00ed\u0165a\u017elivos\u0165 a kult\u00faru re\u0161pektu, mus\u00edme za\u010da\u0165 <strong data-start=\"3098\" data-end=\"3113\">od z\u00e1kladov<\/strong> \u2013 napr\u00edklad <strong data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3193\">od toho, \u017ee \u013eudia v ter\u00e9ne si bud\u00fa m\u00f4c\u0165 bez ob\u00e1v sadn\u00fa\u0165 na obed<\/strong>.
