Poďakovanie – voľby

Touto cestou by sme sa chceli poďakovať všetkým zamestnancom, ktorí dali našim kandidátom hlas.  Veľmi si to vážime a vnímame to ako impulz a spätnú väzbu, že našu prácu podporuje mnoho zamestnancov. Žiaľ, aj napriek našej snahe, ako aj snahe samotného zamestnávateľa o maximalizovanie účasti na voľbách, sa k nám dostávajú informácie, že na niektorých pracoviskách boli zamestnanci v čase volieb “vyhnaní do terénu”, nehlasovali, čo je škoda, nakoľko to boli s veľkou pravdepodobnosťou “naši” ľudia.

Nebudeme toto jednanie napádať a tým spochybňovať výsledok volieb, rozdiel v hlasoch je značný, a ak ste si pozreli výsledky v jednotlivých volebných obvodoch je zrejmé, že rozhodlo hlasovanie v Žiline („kaviareň“). Z výsledkov volieb urobíme analýzu a prijmeme náležité kroky, ale už teraz je  jasné, že zablokovanie voľna pre potreby našej ZO podľa Zákonníka práce sa nepriaznivo prejavilo v raste našich členov.

Aktuálne naši nominanti skončili ako 1 a 2 náhradník. Zamestnanci si zvolili starú garnitúru, pravdepodobne sú s ňou spokojní, čo poviete? V každom prípade nevieme o žiadnom pozitívnom prínose starej garnitúry vzhľadom na ich účasť v DR SSD.

Čaká nás veľmi veľa práce, za veľmi ťažkých podmienok, no z rozbehnutého trendu neustúpime. Aktuálnou témou je blížiaci sa koniec platnosti KKZ (platy!!!), teplo (záťaž), riziká vo všeobecnosti. Týmto Vás chceme opätovne požiadať o zasielanie aktuálnych a akútnych problémov a nedostatkov. Sme tu pre Vás.
