Vážené kolegyne, kolegovia,

ako ste sa už určite dozvedeli v SSE-D sa od zástupcov zamestnávateľa začínajú šíriť informácie o  zavedení dvojzmennej prevádzky. Pre nás je dôvod jasný, tlačiť na zamestnancov, aby ich zlomili a pod tlakom podpísali pohotovostnú službu, ako voľbu menšieho zla.

Je smutné a zamyslenia hodné,  akým spôsobom vedenie reaguje na dlhodobú nespokojnosť zamestnancov SSE-D. Namiesto protinávrhu na požiadavky zamestnancov, snahy o kompromis a zmier ide svojou cestou s klapkami na očiach a bez ohľadu na následky presadzuje svoje záujmy, v tomto prípade aj na úkor bezpečnosti. Svojimi aktivitami vytvára na pracoviskách napätie a nepokoj, ktorý neprispieva k bezpečnosti pri našej nebezpečnej práci.

Vedenie spoločnosti sme oslovili s požiadavkou o postoj k predneseným požiadavkám zamestnancov v rámci pohotovostnej služby, naša žiadosť zostala doposiaľ bez odpovede.

NOE má v otázke dvojzmennej prevádzky jednoznačný postoj, sme zásadne proti akejkoľvek zmene v pracovnej dobe, ktorá by mohla našim členom, zamestnancom akokoľvek uškodiť, ak s ňou nesúhlasia. Aby sme mohli objektívne prehlásiť, že s dvojzmennou prevádzkou nesúhlasia aj zamestnanci, spúšťame podpisovú akciu, ktorú budeme adresovať ZO ECHOZ SSE, aby v tom mali aj oni jasno. Každú zmenu pracovného času musí zamestnávateľ podľa § 90 ods. 4 ZP dohodnúť s odborovou organizáciou, očakávame, že ECHOZ bude mať v tejto veci rovnaký názor a v otázke dvojzmennej prevádzky sa postaví na stranu zamestnancov.

Ako aj pri pohotovostnej službe, tak aj pri prebiehajúcom KV sme toho názoru, že je potrebné dať možnosť zamestnancom skupiny SSE aby vyjadrili svoj názor k dvoj a viacročným viazanostiam dodatkov ku KKZ (PZ). Tak, ako pri dvojzmennej prevádzke, tak aj v otázke dĺžky viazanosti dodatkov máte možnosť vyjadriť svoj nesúhlas s účelovým predlžovaním a fixáciou niektorých kľúčových bodov v KKZ.

Odborová organizácia nie je platená služba, ktorú si objednáte a dostanete balík služieb s určitými obmedzeniami či viazanosťou, OO musí jednať v súlade s požiadavkami svojich členov, zamestnancov, ktorých zastupuje a presadzuje ich záujmy.
